Michael Murphy, K.C. founded the firm and is its senior counsel in Moncton. He is a former Attorney General of New Brunswick and a member of the New Brunswick and Nova Scotia bars. Aodhan Murphy is the managing partner and practises from Halifax. Taylor Morin is the managing partner in Moncton and Curran Tompkins is a partner there.

Claude Roussel, Vincent Savoie, Shane Scott and Jantzen Losier also practise from Moncton. Matthew R. Oliver practises from Saint John and leads criminal defence in New Brunswick. Michael Byrne practises from Halifax.
