Moira J. Kelly is the Administrator at Mike Murphy Law Group and works from the Moncton office. She practised law for more than 30 years before this role and has reported decisions and published work from that practice.
Moira J. Kelly Runs the Administration of Five Offices
Moira runs the administration of the firm’s five offices in four provinces. The firm acts for clients in car accident and other personal injury claims and in criminal defence. An injury claim asks the party at fault, or its insurer, to pay for the injury, the lost income and the care the client needs. A criminal file answers a charge the Crown has laid. Both kinds of file run through the systems Moira keeps.
Volunteer Counsel to St. Augustine’s and YWCA Moncton
Moira has given legal counsel without charge to St. Augustine’s Catholic Church and YWCA Moncton, among others.
