Injury law reviews from past clients tell a person choosing a lawyer what the file was like from the client’s chair, and they tell the firm what it got right and what it did not. If the firm acted for you, please take two minutes to say how it went. If you are choosing a lawyer, the reviews already posted are collected at injury law results.

Injury Law Reviews Go on Google, Facebook or Instagram

Google first. The Moncton office page and the Halifax office page each link to that office’s Google profile. Open the profile, choose the review option, and write what you want to say. You can post under your own name or a shortened one. Clients of the Saint John, Charlottetown and St. John’s offices can review the Moncton or Halifax profile, whichever office handled the file.

The firm also reads every comment on Facebook and Instagram. A review on Facebook or a comment on an Instagram post reaches the same people at the firm as a Google review.

Say Who Handled the File and How They Communicated, Without the Settlement Figure

Say what the file was about in general terms, who at the firm handled it, how the firm communicated, and whether someone explained the outcome to you. Do not state a settlement figure. Settlements are confidential and the firm asks that you leave the number out.

If something went wrong on your file, please call the office that handled it before posting, so the firm can put it right. The lawyers are listed at the team.
